Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

BOYS Team Wyoming Season 24-25

Evaluation Fee of $180.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE *Player Development ONLY Fees - NON REFUNDABLE * Team Wyoming Fees $680.00 Total Evaluation fee of $180 is NON-REFUNDABLE, the remaining $500 Team Wyoming fee is ONLY refundable if you are not selected for a team. **If NOT selected to a team, you will be refunded the $500.00 ***No refunds if a player makes a team and decides not to play. ****If selected to a team the $500 will be considered the first installment payment for the 2024-’25 season.

GIRLS Team Wyo Season 24-25

$200 Registration Fee `Fee will cover ice time, coach expenses etc. The $200 is a starting point and more will be due depending on selection of tournaments & further travel costs etc. ***No refunds if a player makes a team and decides not to play.

Rocky Mountain Rumble 18UAA

No refunds are guaranteed, and will be subject to discussion by tournament staff.
